Customer Service Representative Personal Lines

Purpose

  • Establish and maintain producer and client confidence
  • Individual performance and team work contribution to achieve maximum unit productivity without errors and omissions

Essential Job Functions

Customer Service/Unit Functions:

  • Complete new business quotes for prospective clients
  • Complete renewal remarket quotes
  • Issue evidences of insurance, auto I.D. cards
  • Process endorsements, mortgage changes, and policy updates
  • When received, check endorsements for accuracy and forward to insured
  • Assist Account Executive as needed
  • Enter applications and/or schedules in AMS
  • Activity (suspense) documentation and follow-up

 

Account Services:

  • Review accounts and pull documents for quoting
  • Confirm coverages for banks

Other Duties

  • Be available for possible cross-training
  • Handle special projects as assigned

Credentials/Training

  • Training in INS-21, 22, and 23 courses or beyond is helpful
  • Insurance license (Required)

  • Computer literacy
  • AMS proficient
