Jack Duvernay is a Registered Health Underwriter (RHU) with over 15 years of experience. He is one of Louisiana’s leading employee benefits professionals. Jack is a graduate Louisiana State University and is licensed in both Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance.
Jack is the current Chairman of LAHUPAC (Louisiana Association of Health Underwriters Political Action Committee), President of the New Orleans Association of Health Underwriters (NOAHU) and is the past Legislative Chairperson of the Louisiana Association of Health Underwriters (LAHU). In this position, he worked with law makers to promote and craft legislation on behalf of Louisiana consumers. He is an active member of the National Association of Health Underwriters (NAHU) and National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors (NAIFA).
He earned the newly created National Association of Health Underwriters (NAHU) PPACA certification as a client counselor and advisor on the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act. Jack was also honored with the President’s Award in 2014. Specializing in both small and large group employee benefits, Jack advises clients on all aspects of benefits selection and administration, managing open enrollment and employee education and provides benefits and labor law compliance support.
Jack and his wife have two children and live in Covington.
